Tailored Staffing Services is founded on years of experience in the staffing industry. Our Founder and President, Krista Brown, started in staffing at a young age. She quickly developed a passion for helping people. She has dedicated her life to helping others find employment opportunities and working hands on in the community to help make our city a better place to live. Tailored Staffing has been created with the core value of putting people first. We understand the economic struggles of today’s job seekers. Our goal is to facilitate career growth, skill training, and earning power for each associate we work with.

Tailored Staffing has developed a forklift training program to provide opportunity to our employees to learn a new skill while they earn income at an affordable rate. We are constantly working on new partnerships to expand our training program to add more trade skills to our workforce. We are also able to partner with other local businesses in training on specialized equipment for their employees.
