Krista Brown
Founder & President
Krista has spent her entire professional career in the staffing industry. She has worked in all facets of employment including skilled and professional staffing, industrial/manufacturing, CDL driving, safety, 5S implementation, and much more. Krista speaks fluent Spanish. Over the course of her career she has completed her SPHR, been heavily involved in SHRM, and received many accolades in workplace safety, sales growth, and territory management.
Joanka Vigoa
Director of Operations
Joanka oversees operations for our organization nationwide. She has an extensive background in the staffing industry, including high level skilled trades, industrial, administrative, and DOT staffing. Joanka is passionate about our company values, making sure all applicants & employees experience our “people matter” mentality. She actively engages our team in the community, striving to make a positive difference in each market we serve.
